If a couple asks someone to mentor them through a premarital counseling arrangement, they can use this material and have the added bonus of bringing someone else into their relationship. This person can help them work through any issues that come up as they begin to share their lives with each other.

Randall Alexander and his wife, Kathy, are with the Charleston, SC, Church of Christ. Though Randall has been with IBM for much of his life, he and Kathy were in the fulltime ministry for four years with the Boston Church of Christ where they were trained by Wyndham and Jeanie Shaw, elder and women's ministry leader. They have been actively involved with doing premarital counseling for the past 17 years. The Alexanders have three daughters, two "sons by marriage," and two beautiful granddaughters.
